Business Hours: Monday through Thursday office staff is in office from 9 am to Noon & 2 pm-5 pm; Friday office staff is in office from 9 am to noon ; The doctor is in office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons.

Phone Hours: Monday through Thursday 9 am to Noon & 2 pm-4 pm; Friday 9 am to Noon. 24 hour answering service is available at all times (you may leave a message for the doctor to be answered by office staff next business day). Medication refills being requested between visits should be requested 3-4 business days before the medication runs out..

What We Do

Dr Michael Hernandez is a board-certified Psychiatrist. He sees patients aged 13 to 65 years for a variety of conditions ranging from Depression and Anxiety to Bipolar Disorder and Alcoholism.

Kenda Dietrich is an LPC providing therapy services. She sees patients Monday-Wednesday. Please call for more information.

Natalie Villarreal is an LPC providing therapy services.

New Patient Scheduling: --As of 8/15/12, we have been unable to accept patients for more than 5 years--We schedule new patients for the month beginning on the first weekday of the month (i.e. October 1 for October appointments). This allows our existing patients to schedule their follow ups first so that we do not overbook and so that quality time with the doctor is maintained for all patients.

Insurances: We accept most insurances. Some noted exceptions include Workers Comp, Amerigroup and the Spohn Health Network. Please call your insurance to ask if the doctor is on your preferred provider list if you are unsure. Please note: Medicaid and Medicare patients must be scheduled by a doctor's office or therapist.

The office and phones are now closed at 3 pm on Thursday & at 12 pm on Fridays. Please take this into account when requesting medication—3-4 business days processing time is required and dates of closure do not count as business days.
